User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGold's is not a restaurant, it's a happening. Corned beef, pastrami and other deli sandwiches are first rate.... almost New York quality.... which is saying a lot. Even the tongue is respectable if you go for that sort of thing. The knishes were straight from Delancy street, the waitresses were friendly and attentive. Gets busy at lunch time, but a good mix of soccer moms, geriatric gastronomes and hedge fund managers. A great experience. Jewish style, but why have ham and cheese on the menu? If it were kosher it would be the authentic real thing.

ABOVE AVERAGE IN ALL RESPECTS
SOME SHORTCOMINGS OF COURSE, BUT ON BALANCE WORTH THE PRICE AND THEN SOME
JIM AND HIS STAFF ARE AMONGST THE TRULY NICEST PEOPLE IN TOWN
