We were trying to buy a car from them but they made it almost impossible. I felt like I had to jump through all sorts of hoops to get the car I wanted. I also kept hearing about how much the car already cost the dealer, like I care. I was not impressed. It was almost as if me, the buyer, had to "understand" their situation. I kept telling the salesperson, "I DON'T CARE ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU'VE ALREADY PUT INTO THE CAR". It almost got ridiculous. We ended up not buying from them.
