User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThey are not that bad...: Never had a problem there, been dropping off shirts + pants for over a year now. Always ready when they say, usually next day by 6. A little bit on the pricey side, but not too bad compared to others in Stamford. As for customer service, I have no complaints. They are even open on Sunday! What dry cleaners are open on Sunday? in Stamford!!!

Irresponsible, Horrible Customer Service: They ripped out a metal clasp from my pants during dry cleaning, left a huge tear, denied it was their fault, and wanted to charge me $12 to repair it! Don't trust them with your clothes, especially anything precious.
