User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI was in this place last year when it was Onyx and I agree with the other two reviews, but I have been in two times since they have changed it to MacKenzies and there is a BIG difference. The food and atmosphere is great, good friendly staff and a good mix of ages and professions. Great neighborhood bar and grill!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI will NEVER go back!: After the waiter took our order...his disapeared...after 1/2 hour...I got up and asked him to please check on our order. (Salads). He said it would a few minutes. 10 minutes later I went to the bar to get a refill on a glass of water and once again asked the status of my order...he told me if I wanted fast food to go to burger king. We finally got our food which was fair at best. The waiter then followed us out and said go to burger king next time. I told him nice customer service.

Manhattan wanna be: Decor was nice, food was OK, service was OK. Drinks were not so good. A bit pretentious.
