User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGood Food from a "REAL" Neighborhood Tavern: Famous for their "Ribs" you'll want to be there on the ONLY nights they serve them (Wednesdays and Thursdays), but Obal's is more than that. It is a real family bar. The drinks are reasonably priced and the regulars welcome everyone. Two to three trips and your well on your way to being one of the Obal's crowd. Darts and shuffleboard in the rear, Golden Tee, Jukebox and other games in the front. 6 TV's almost guarentee you can watch whatever. From Family Guy to the Giants, Jets, Yankees and Devils. It can get a bit noisey once the Tunes get cranked up but not too overbearing. Nice people, good food, reasonably priced drinks, safe and you can bring the kids.....BINGO...a winner!
