    The last time I ordered from this establishment, the sushi looked off, smelled like fish and tasted like fish. That wasn't the problem because there could have been any number of explanations. When we called to notify them, they were very defensive and made no attempt to give us a new platter or refund our money. The woman was actually very rude and hung up the phone prior to the conversation ending. I will no longer visit this place and give them my money.

    You can't go wrong. Service is excellent. Atmosphere is excellent. And most of all, the food is excellent. Don't be fooled by the location. NYC quality, right next-door.

    I've been going to Ninja Sushi for the past 7 years when it first opened and I come there at least once a week. In all of my years, I have never had a bad experience. The staff is welcoming and personable, the food is exceptional, and the atmosphere is great. The sushi is superb and extremely fresh. I had the udon once (nabayaki) and I thought it was great. Try the empire roll and the dynamite roll.
