User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMr. Chips perfomed a faulty repair on my windshield and would not honor his full one-year guarantee when I called him and told him that my windshield cracked less than a year after he "repaired" it. I got no satisfaction when speaking with Mr. Chips, as he felt that he was not responsible in spite of the fact that I have a written guarantee from him that covered the work for one full year. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely choose another business to do the repair.
