Worse dealer ever: The service at this dealer is the worse. I recommend everybody to stay far away from this Toyota dealer.

I dropped my 2004 Toyota off at this dealer for three items:

Oil change
Performed and I was charged for it eventhough I should have received a free oil changes during the duration of my lease.

Broken visor:
Part had to be ordered, but the dealer neglected to inform me about this until I called them back and asked why the unit was still broken. The part would arrive within 3 business days. Now over 4 weeks later, I still have not receive a phone call from the dealer letting me know to drop of my car. I tried calling them for two weeks, but service could not be reached. Every time I was connected to the service department I was put into a voice mail system (I refused to leave a message).

Sulfur smell inside the car:
Was told to change the gas station where I buy my gas. From research online I knew that this was the answer and when I stated that there was no reason why a sulfur smell entered the car with all windows closed, the service person just shrugged his shoulders and told me there was nothing they could do.

Paying:
When I tried to pay my bill (at lunch time) there were at least 10 people staring at me stuffing their face looking at me while I stood there for at least 5 minutes, before finally somebody got up and charge me and give me my keys.

I do not understand how this place can stay in business, especially since it is a know fact that the majority of a car dealers income is a direct result of parts and service sales.
