Palisadium Banquets

Catering manager: I went in to discuss the details for my wedding reception with the new catering manager. We know a lot of people in the community have attended wedding there very often but this new manager was not only unprofessional and rude, but she insulted me and asked me to go somewhere else if I didn't like the price and the verbal menu package. She did not have a menu to show me saying that it did not come back from the printing company then ordered me to write down the list of food as she was talking.

When I asked to speak to the owner or her supervisor, she told me that the owner was busy and that there is nothing else I can do but the speak to her. She had a real attitude problem and I will defintely tell all my friends and relatives to AVOID having having catering functions at Palisadium!! It was the most horrible experience....
