    handled and on time. and the expert advice given to us
    because of plumbing restrictions that were unexpected.

    I've used Metric on several occasions for plumbing and the service was great. I recently used them for heating to replace a valve on a radiator. After they left, the heat didn't work. I called and they promptly came back to resolve the problem. At first they wanted to charge me for a continuation of the first service call, however I spoke with owner and explained the situation. He agreed not to charge me stating there may have been some confusion and he wanted me to be happy. That is true customer service. I will use Metric again and refer them to my friends and neighbors.
