User Rating: 2 out of 5 starshi i went to this local salon and i was not happy. one they didn't use a cape on me when i was getting washed, getting blowout, nor when they used finishing products on me, i felt the place looked like it was falling apart at the seems, i am no fashion guru but the staff looked messy and unorganized. i must say the front window looked spectacular but i guess it has to hide the beast within. i might not go back, but there are almost 50 more salons in Cranford that might just do the trick.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Salon: Have a look at both the customers and the staff of this salon -- everyone has perfect, gloriously shiny and beautiful hair. These gals know how to blow dry your hair to perfection and color and highlight your hair so it looks natural!. Even in the most humid conditions. I've seen Grandmothers walk out of there with lustrous, sexy hair. I moved farther away from the salon but travel back to go to Sofi's. Oh - and boy do they know eyebrows. Lay off the tweezers and let them take care of your eyebrows. Capping off the whole experience is the co-owner, Louis, who is always cheerful and always finds a way to slip you in. What a gem this place is!

I agree....Louis is very courteous and friendly. He likes to accomadate his clients by asking if u want coffee etc., They are all very sweet and do great hair. it's a tad expensive but you will get a precision cut by a professional
