   It was allways good experiance to deal with Able, good service, advise and price, I deal with them over 10 years now and my fatherinlow more than 25 years, they come to house to pickup the snow blower and lawnmower for fixing and check up.

   Excellent Service and Staff: I have been a loyal Able Customer for 21 years and have never had anything but excellent service As long as they are in business you will never see me at a Home Depot, and in fact just bought myself a new lawn mower from Able!

   Very Unprofessonal: Worst repair service I have dealt with. Cheerly told me to bring in a 80 lb lawnwmower for repair and assured they would take care of it immediately. Allowed me to lug it it, and did not even look at it, despite my request they do so before I left. They then waited for me to leave only to leave a voice mail message an hour later saying "the boss said we can't change the belt." Strange, since the belt wasn't the problem. Indifferent, luggish, and primiive business style at best.
