User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy husband & I found the Eurocafe about 2 years ago and we are totally hooked on this wonderful Iberian/Euro restaurant! It is a club also and from the looks of the parking lot late in the evening it is a very happening club but we are little to old for the club scene. So my review is pertaining to the restaurant only. We generally are leaving the restaurant about when the club is starting to get lively.
OMG what a wonderful dining experience! The owner and attentive staff perfectly compliment the absolutely delicious menu! The black angus steak is to die for. You'd be hard pressed to find a better tasting steak cooked and seasoned to perfection in the entire Metro NYC area. The garlic tappas shrimp is another favorite of ours. We love it so much that they do it up as an entree for us. Their baked clams are very tasty. They have wonderful specials and an extensive tappas menu. The menu has a nice mix for seafood lovers, carnivores like me, and veggie fans. The entrees are reasonably priced, the portions generous,and the quality consistantly high. Their soup is so tasty that we even order it in the summer. My husband who has very strong dislikes has enjoyed soups here that he would not dream of eating anywhere else. The entrees are served with soup or salad and fresh tasty rolls. I can't really tell you about their desserts because we are always too full to try them.
What I enjoy seeing most is that each customer feels like they are a valued and welcomed. You leave feeling good about the entire dining experience, often with a doggie bag. The Euro Cafe has a customer appreciation club so they will mail you coupons to show their appreciation for your patronage if you sign up. If you love the Euro as much as I know you will please tell Manny that you saw Mare's review. This way if I have to wait for a table I will know why.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat Place to Chill: I've been going since they opened, from Thurs. nite ladies nites to Sunday nite Latin Nite...it's great for dinner, drinks or dancing, the staff is great, makes you feel at home right away...
