About:Sushi Lounge isn't your typical Japanese restaurant: Cool atmosphere and a live DJ make it the place to see and be seen in Hoboken. Sushi Chef Tony Leung, formerly of Tao in New York City, uses the highest quality ingredients in his creations. The sushi and sashimi have been rated best in town four years straight by Hoboken.com, and the custom rolls have garnered great reviews from the press and customers alike. A fully-stocked bar included Japanese specialties such as plum wine and an award winning sake list, as well as an extensive martini menu that is available at 1/2 price on Tuesdays. The DJ spins tunes every evening, and on "Sake Bomb Sunday," live bands enhance the restaurant's upbeat vibe.     great sushi, very unique rolls. half price menu for hapy hour and everything that was half price was awesome, kobe sliders and ahi sliders appetizers were amazing and 7 dollars during happy hour, banana tempura roll was amazing also.

    Still one of my favorite sushi restaurant and I have been coming here for years. The best is the 1/2 price specialty drinks and rolls during happy hour. They have an exellent specialty drink list. My favorites is the chocolate martini and the pomagranate martini. If you like apple martinis, you should try it here, because they really make them well.

    My friends and I have made Tuesdays at the Sushi Lounge a MUST ... the bartender Stacy mixes the most delicious Peach Blossomtini's in the world ... and my friends who didnt eat sushi before have tried and loved the Atlantic Roll and the Hoboken roll ... seating is kinda hard to get at the bar ... but we alternate sitting and have a good time ALWAYS
