Cannot recommend this company as although RV was OK the Management team were unhelpful, unprofessional and basically once they had your money could not have cared less.

RV PICK-UP:
PAD (early pickup from designated hotel) - Booked at an additional charge of $75-85.00 and despite receiving email confirmation asking us to wait outside the hotel they instructed us to stay in, from 7.15am to 8.00am no pickup arrived. Contacted company who said they had no knowledge of the PAD booking and finally sent someone to pick us up at 9.30am. Driver lost his way back to depot, despite it being only 10 minutes away, so delayed even further.
KOA Membership - This should have been included but Manager said membership cards expired and therefore no KOA membership or discounts was included.
On departure the Manager stated our PAD payment would be refunded on our return and assured us that a note would be made on the computer. Details of our return was taken and we were offered an Airport transfer which we accepted.

RV Fault: We had one dry stop on our tour at which point we discovered the auxillary battery would not work. We contacted the support number who, after running a few checks, confirmed it was broken but due to it being Sunday would not be fixed. We had a night with candles as no electric to the fridge. Could not run the generator all night as consideration to our neighbours.

RV RETURN - We returned the RV at the agreed time we had stated on departure. Sadly no note had been left on the computer regarding PAD refund so a new Manager refuted this refund. Luckily for us the other member of staff who was present when we picked up the vehicle supported our request and reluctantly he agreed the refund. He did however stop the same member of staff from transferring us to the airport as arranged. The Manager actually stopped the member of staff from getting the transfer bus. The Manager said that DESPITE IT BEING AGREED he was not going to transfer myself, my husband and my two girls aged 3 and 4 years to the airport as they only run one shuttle a day and this had already gone. This I found to be completely outrageous as, had we known this, we would have been able to make alternative arrangements. Instead he was happy for leave us stranded on an industrial estate 10 minutes from the airport.

Should you decide to go with this company, get everything in writing and chase up on the phone every step of the way.

Also would recommend you save yourself $50 per head on the convenience packs consisting of a blanket and towels and go to Walmart around the corner from El Monte. There you get it all at a fraction of the cost and NEW!
