User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe food is good, however they say the delivery should last 6 months and it doesn't. The salesman tries to get you to buy all this other stuff, which is financed, and when you stop using the service, you are left with monthly payments to other companies. The reps do not take no for an answer. It was so hard just to get the guy out of my house.
I am not placing another order with them just because they will not give me a price per pound of what I am buying so it makes it impossible to comparison shop, and these days most of us have to do that.-

Excellent food, excellent service. Of course they're trying to sell, it's a business out to make money just like everyone else. I've used their service for several years now, and I adjust each order to my current needs. If I happen to run out of a particular item and (horrors) have to get it at the grocery store, my family immediately can tell the difference in the quality of the food. The food all comes in very convenient portion packed sizes so I can defrost just what I need for a given meal. I highly recommend this service.

I just want to say that the sale rep was very misleading in closing the sale. He tells us that we're getting 6 months worth of food, however the calculations for the costs is based over 8 months. Be careful and do your own math when they are walking you through the payments. At a total of $3655.12 over 26 weeks (for 6 months of food) is $140.58 a week...not the $87.66 they come out with (after deducting 3 weeks of "free" food and your $300 deposit and breaking the payments up over 8 months!)
The foods ok, but it's not the bargain you think you're getting.
