Russells Bri Tuxedos

I came to this shop as a bridesmaid, with my sister, to get two dresses for my friends wedding, thinking to try this store out. I am getting married next year and thought I try it out with bridesmaids for a friends wedding first before I do mine. Well, Im glad I did. The experience was not what I wanted. The dress came in beautiful, but they leave you to do alterations until the last minute. I had to come in twice and they assume that the second fitting the dress will fit. Well it didnt, I had them adjust more during that second fitting. In all they needed to adjust the dress three times. My sister's dress didnt come in until 2 weeks before the wedding, and when she did her first fitting they told me I could take it home and have her try it on, mind you after alterations. They gave her an attitude for coming back to get more alterations done to the dress when they should have gotten it right the first time. They waited with her until the day before the wedding to do final alterations. This is not how a place should operate.

I was very happy with Russell's. They are all very friendly. My consultant Veronika was so nice! She even came in on her day off so she could be there when I ordered my dress.

Amazing customer service! Another store completely ruined the order for my gown and I was left without a gown and the wedding was 2 months away! Russells was able to get me the gown I wanted with enough time to make alterations! They really calmed me down when I was a mess about my gown! Everyone was incredibly helpful in making this work, and incredible nice. I was 1/2 hour late once due to to traffic, and the staff actually stayed late when the store was supposed to close! Definitely shop here, Patty was amazing to work with and definitely had a vested interest in my happiness!
