I do not recommend the Millburn Florist. The customer service needs improvement. I showed them the photo of the arrangement I liked on their website but the arrangement they gave me looked nothing like it.
Due to an illness, I didn't call to give them feedback until 6 days later. They told me it was too late to complain and I should have said something sooner. I wasn't looking for a refund and I didn't even ask for anything. My intentions was to let them know how I felt and they could use this information to improve for future customers. The women who I first spoke to was very short with me and pretty nasty. She hung up the phone on me and I called back to speak with the owner/manager.
The owner was calm and pleasant but she reconfirmed there it was too late to complain. Again, I never asked for anything such as a discount or refund. I was just giving her some feedback. If I were a business owner, I would want to hear feedback from a customer, good or bad. -

I know of this order, the customer called and ordered an arrangement similar to one on our website.SHE PICKED THIS ORDER UP HERSELF the same day and then called six days after , and was then told "at this point there was not a lot we could do about this problem" we also appoligized ,but asked why she had not said something when she picked them up so we could have replaced or altered the flowers. or called sooner about the "difference" so we could have been aware of the problem. In this case the customer was told that the pictures on our website are examples of our work and that duplicating them may not allways be possible, As it CLEARLY says on our web page. .there are just so many times you can say that you are sorry...But if a customer does not respond but needs to "vent" at some point the conversation needs to end. I've been in the floral business for over thirty years and I can tell you that NOBODY calls when they are disapointed or angry to provide you with "information to help with future customers" LOL I'm sure the flowers that she recieved were beautiful as no reference was made to the contrary and if she still had alive flowers 6 days out well that says alot about our freshness...We continue to provide beautiful designs and fresh flowers and are committed to our customers all we ask in return is a little FAIRNESS if you incounter any problem at all with our service or product. Every attempt will be made to keep our customers happy Thank You....
