Valley Street Haven: I love Tara's deli, every since the ownership has changed there has been the most positve atmosphere, better food (much more variety) and great service. Althoug, it is frequented by many Columbia high school students and get rather crowded at times, I have still enjoyed the service and the food. It gets 2 thumbs up!
