I recently purchased two spa "Rescue Me" packages for my mother and aunt for Christmas. They seemed to be an excellent deal, and one of the owners and receptionist went over the packages in some detail before I made my purchases.

My mother and aunt were thrilled with their spa day (especially the massage), but after speaking to them, I realized they did not get all the services in the package. When I called Jagged Edge to explain that certain services were not given (as well as thank them for an excellent day), the owner I spoke to was not helpful. He made me feel like my mother was lying about the services, and he was ambivalent about the one service that was completely forgotten. I was not looking for a refund as my relatives truly enjoyed their day, but I was upset they did not receive what I paid for. An offer to give us a small credit to use at the spa would have been the right thing to do.

I waited over a week to post this review as I did not want to come off as an angry poster. I honestly believe I would have written a great review if the day had not been spoiled by the aftermath that followed. I would have loved to have made these spa gift certificates my “go-to” gifts for my mother and aunt, but I can’t now that I know management does not truly care if their clients get what they paid for.

Barbara is the Best at hair coloring, The place is VERY clean and the wokers all very plesant........A+ Service

I visited Jagged Edge 03/08. Had a hair appt w/Bibby for the first time. I watched and observed how she treated her previous client (excellent customer service). When it was it was my turn she was very kind and sweet. She asked what i wanted done and went straight to work. She was quiet and dutiful. She was true perfection at work. Throughout my hour we got to talking. She truly loves what does. I also learned that LATINA magazine wrote an article about her as an exceptional and best Latina stylist. She's also been published in other articles and magazines. When she finished I truly felt pretty. I loved my haircut. I was her last client but regardless she took her time and dedication to do it right. I loved my haircut. Bibby is amazing, a true artist.
