My husband and I have had parties catered by Mardi Gras quite a few times and each time it's exceptional. The food is superb and the service has always been top notch. They always go out of their way to do the little things that make a difference. The wait staff has been pleasant and accommodating for each party we've had. Our guests always rave about the food as well. We would recommend Mardi Gras for any party no matter the size. We've also ordered specialty baskets as gifts during holidays and special events...they're perfect gifts!
I have used Mardi Gras for food and service staff for around 10 years now and their food and service is incredible. I would recommend them to anyone. They are able to get some of the best rentals and they set them up and clean up after the party. They really make sure that you have the opportunity to enjoy your party. Talking to the staff over the phone and making the arrangements is also very easy. You tell them what you want and they make it happen. They are truly one of a kind. Oh yeah and did I mention the food! YUM!
Food great - service...
Staff arrived late (only 30 minutes in advance of party) and did not have coffee / pot as ordered - and no explanation! Also, I had to come up with toothpicks for hor'dourves - which I was not told about in advance, and found myself cleaning trash off tables (which was the waistaff's job). Hard to enjoy my party in spite of hiring professional staff. Interestingly enough, two days later I picked up a messsage from them expecting them to ask about the party. However, it was to tell me i needed to place my order the holy days. Hmmm.
