User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHe's informative and answers all your questions: I took my bike there for a tune-up (after it sat for 3 years). Since then...everytime I have a problem...I pass by and he is always happy to help me. The turn-around time is great and he hasn't any qualms about re-explaining how a part works if you don't understand.
As a female rider, I've never felt uncomfortable or made out to be dumb because of my lack of knowledge when it comes to bikes. Everytime I ask him to explain how something works: He enjoys explaining it to me.
