worst customer service and satisfaccion ever.
i went to this "car dealer"looking for a car to buy.explained to the phone to some lady about what i want before set up an appoinment.went to de dealer/wantend to use my old car as a down payment.started to deal with the salesman,very polite.salesman offered me a car but i did not like it,i told the guy wich car i want a how much i was willing to pay montly,we were outside on the lot checking out cars with my wife.the salesman went to de "finance manager"inside to ask if i can get the car that i want with the montly payment that i have had offered.my wife and i were inside the car checking out the interior//car was unlock and salesman told us to take a look.anyway 10 min later this "finance manager"the more unprofessional,lack of manners and nasty/offensive person shows and told my wife and i to get out of the car on a way that fells like you were stealing something...wowww..i was in shock.he said he have to lock it,he also told me that for the car that i want i have to pay 500 a month...for a car that worth 19000?.this clown also told us if we dont want that deal we have to leave the lot and dealer as he speak....what is that?.i will find the name of this racist and posted everywere i can.persons like this one should not be working/interacting with people gives to the place he works the worst impression....i went to a different dealer after that disturbing moment and the attention was 100% + better,finance manager very professional and straight foward.please dont get yourself in trouble with this nickels and dimes dealer of third.rather drive few more milles and get a good experience + customer satisfaction.you know you look for car to buy not for a clown that thinks he is making you a favor
This place is very incompitant. 3 times to fix a simple issue and they still cant figure it out.
AVOID EVEN IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY!
I am so frustrated because even if it is covered under warranty, you will wait for 3 hours for them to check the problem and they do not fix it right!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Global Auto Mall. Our salesperson, Roberto, greeted us with a smile and was very polite and patient while answering all of our questions - he was very knowledgeable and explained everytingâ¦even pricing â¦in great detail - when additional equipment was needed he worked very hard to meet our expectations. He is a true gentleman and an asset to Global Auto Mall. Thanks for everything!
