User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI don't understand how can these dirty business guys can stay in business they must have a ton of comsumer complaints, still in business Hmmmmmmmmmm they must have someone in goverment helping them stay in business. Anyway the same has happen to me after a month no plates no registration and the title has not been deliver to the bank, they gave us another temporary sticker but they are now close so file a complaint with the Rahway Police they have a file on this guy.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsGalaxy Motors is run by crooks. I've been dealing with these incompetents for 4 months and it's been just about the worst experience I've ever had with a business in my life.
It took three months to get my plates and registration. During that time they had not paid off the loan on my trade in. I have found my trade-in FOR SALE on their website when I know for a fact that the DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE for the vehicle. It's clear now why it took so long to get plates.
After four months, they have still not paid off the loan on the trade-in despite being told it was paid off multiple times. The owner, Patrick, is evasive and lies right to your face. His employees are either dumb, ignorant, stupid, or a combination of all three. On top of that, they are dismissive and unhelpful.
Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I know this is happening to many customers. Spread the word about Galaxy Motors and put these thieves out of business.-

Buyers beware, stay away from Galaxy Motors at all costs. The owner will try to smooze you and make you feel like you are getting a deal, but he has alterior motives. I paid for my car in full cash and I still have not received my plates, reg, or title. The employers and the owner shows no remorse AFTER they recieved your payment in full. This is the the absolute worse way to conduct business and you will regret buying from them once you realize they spent your money elsewhere instead of paying the bank for your title. Also, I am not just a bitter customer, after I had all this trouble with them I came to find out THE SAME senario is going on with several other customers. Save yourself the trouble and go to a reputable dealer that is worth your business.

contact Union County Prosecutors office and file a complaint, also DMV in Trenton (Dealer Unit)for assistance in trying to get your tittle. They should be brought to justice.
