My husband gave me a gift certificate as a gift and I went in for the Heart of Cupid package. My experience was excellent, I found the staff to be professional and courteous......the facility was very clean and the ambience was incredible. I loved the decor and I would definitely go back, next time I will take my mom...

I love mosaic! I have been going there for what seems like almost 10 yrs now (i don't know how long they've been there), and I love it every time. The whole atmosphere is soothing and tranquil. I love the victorian look and the decor. I like the whole setup with the lounge where you can have fruit, bagels, cereal, tea, coffee, etc. and just sit and relax by a fireplace while you wait for your service. The staff is great...I saw someone write a review that they walk around like they are better than everyone but I like the fact that they are well mannered and have a clean, professional look to them. I've never met a rude staff member. I've gotten massages and facials and I've never had a bad experience. The good thing is you can tell the staff if you are uncomfortable or to change something for example if your massage seems to be too light or too rough. They will work with you. I recently started getting my hair done at mosaic and it's so relaxed and everything is quick! Im used to waiting a long time just for a haircut or color while im in the salon lol ..The only problem i heard of is that sometimes clients are late before you, so therefore your service starts a little later....so you have to make sure they give you the full time you're supposed to receive for your service. This happened to a friend of mine and she actually said something to the staff because the massage was cut short by only about 10 min, and they looked back at the hallway cameras and wound up giving her a complimentary service because of it..so that was nice! Other than that...this is the best place around to go!! Highly recommended for a day of beauty! I hope they never change the way the place is run and how it looks with the whole atmosphere because i will be devistated lol
