User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLet me tell you about the best salon experience I have ever had. I am not usually a review kind of girl,but this salon deserves 10 stars if possible. I had a service done on 6/8 by the salon manager Carla. She was super knowledgable and very bubbly. She knew her colors and her cut was amazing. I got an amzing highlight and lowlight. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but she knew how to guide me in the right direction. i left this salon feeling like a completely different woman. Her product knowledge was also amazing. She answered all my 100 questions,that i had to purchase all the products she recomanded. I love this salon!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't go there. I always feel rushed and the only person that seems to notice that I'm there is the security guard who has nothing better to do except follow the few customers that are there.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsIf you're looking for a friendly environment...: Don't go to ULTA in Watchung, NJ. They never say "hello," or ever ask if I need any help. I must say though that when I do ask for help, they are helpful, but I always feel a bit rushed. NO matter when I go in there though, I never get greated, and I never go in when it is busy. I notice they do this to other customers as well so this isn't a personal thing. I like tp spend a lot of money when I go into a store like this so I decided to shop at Douglas's in Westfield, or Sephora at the Short Hills Mall instead, where I am ALWAYS greeted and asked if I need assistance.
