I am a very regular person to this place and i have a lot of problems with it. First off i will stop going there because of the employees that the employers hires!! they are very nasty people! they always come to the table with a very bad atitude! and when you ask them a question they look at you like you have three heads onyour shoulder! second, the orders almost never come out correct! i have ordered many things from the big menu, which is probably the only good thing they have, and they can never get it correct. it is either being brought to a wrong table or it is missing something. Third and last, the owner needs to take more responsibility in its employees and how they interact with customers who are PAYING! I have been there many times where the owner has gotten into arguments with customers who are regulars in from of other customers! its is embarrasing!!!! He needs to step it up and make this place what it use to be: a great hangout spot for coffee or dinner! it is considered a greek place but they barely have any greek music, which doesnt bother me because i am not greek, and the fact that you have to pay for a backgammon board is beyond me!!! times must be tough but charging for a game that is and was one of the main reasons people go there is just absurd! i hope that the owner does see this one day and realizes that he is losing business and regular customers!
HORRIBLEE!!!!
i HAD MY BIRTHDAY WITH TEN FAMILY MEMBERS COMING FROM HALF HOUR TO HOUR STARTING DESTINATIONS AND WHEN WE HAD ARRIVED THEY HAD TOLD US THAT THERE WOULD BE A MINIMUM PER PERSON AS WELL AS I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A BOTTLE OF WINE FROM THERE OWN "GHETTO" WINE CELLAR IN FRONT OF STORE. MEANWHILE, I HAD CALLED UP THE EARLIER THAT DAY AND I WAS TOLD SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT. tHEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I WOULD RATHER GO TO WENDYS.
Ordered togo, and they had messed up the order when i got there so i wound up having to wait 25 minutes for it to be corrected. then when i got home i found out they messed it up again! i ordered portobello pizza with gouda cheese and artichokes and what i got was margherita pizza with a handful of cubed mushrooms on it. the appetizer i ordered was brie cheese with apples, and it came with about 4 slices of apples! at least slice up a whole apple! at least they got the lamb gyro right but the fries were freezing cold after all that waiting. people were nice but meal was way overpriced and i will not eat there ever again.
