User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFood cooked to order. Good selection, Good desserts (limited selections but Good!:), No open late enough so get there early and you will not be disapointed. It is the next town over for me but worth the trip.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMaria's is great. We (me and Nic) first went there with my parents when I first moved into Scotch Plains. The food was great and the service from Jane was attentive and sincere. We have been there many times since. Try the Crab Stuffed Flounder or the Chicken Davinci. If you mention a dish that is not on the menu and it falls into their style of cooking, which I would describe as traditional Italian, if a regular customer, Jane will likely mention it to the chef who may be able to prepare it for you on your following visits. Darryl, who I assume is one of the owners, is very nice and has given us complementary tastings of new dishes and appetizers. All of our friends we've taken there love it too! We highly recommend.
