All of the above reviews seem fake, they are so glowing, but these guys really are the best! As a young-ish woman who tends to crash into things often, I've used them a few times and have always been amazed by how professional they are. It's a very busy shop, and I think the reason it is so busy is because they thrive on repeat customers and referrals. I've never for a second felt they were trying to rip me off (and I'm a lawyer, so I know about rip offs). They try to save you money, which is not something you often see from a body shop. Most recent example. I went to my dealership for a quote on a fender mishap. These guys came in at 1/3 the price, explained everything that needed to be done (even to someone like me, who is an idiot when it comes to cars) and got me in and out in less than one day, DURING THE HOLIDAYS. Also, they call Enterprise for you if you need a rental car, and even if you are not going through insurance, Enterprise offers special rates if you are coming from Union.
Plus they do impeccable work and are meticulous when it comes to matching paint. I've worked with both Kenny and Mike and wouldn't go anywhere else.
