User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went to Bambi Baby based on the recommendation of a friend, and went in with high expectations. I purchased a beautiful crib and picked it up a week later, only to get it home and realize that several necessary parts were missing. After MANY phone calls made to the store by both myself and my family, the owner basically said there was NOTHING he could do for us. He was unwilling to compensate us in any way or contact the manufacturer to locate the missing parts, and was so very extremely rude to all of us. We ended up contacting the manufacturer ourselves and had to order the missing parts on line for an additional $100. The owner boasted about his superior customer service when we bought the crib, which ,may be true.....that is, until there is an issue and you actually need it. Please, please spare yourself a HUGE headache and go elsewhere. All of the products sold here can be found elsewhere, and in many cases, for much less. Drive right past this horrible place and head on over to Buy Buy Baby.

This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a retail establishment. They sold my pregnant daughter a crib and sent it home with her, minus all the necessary parts to put it together. They refuse to take care of the problem and were as rude as anyone I have ever encountered. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

Canât complain! This store has been around since I was born. They have the best quality cloths you can just dream for. Yes, they might be a little pricier then Childrenâs Place etc, but what counts is that your babyâs cloths wonât shred into pieces once you wash it.
And there furniture is great quality. My son who is 11 now got his bedroom set there and has had it since he was 3. Now we passed it down to his brother who is 5 and the wood on the furniture looks the same as if we got it yesterday.
