User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsComfortable atmosphere,good helping of food on the dishes(I love the chops and picadinos meals!****)A cozy small bar area,romantic dining on the 2nd floor within a quaint 1890 Federal period office building.Parking a pain thought(Newark City Hall,Police HQ,US Post Office & Federal Building surround it.)As with any pro/con deal,you get what you paid for at a reasonable pre-recessions economy prices-eh! its ok!
