this is so awful: they dont even fix anything since september I gave a complaint and still they haven't come to fix anything right know I just gave birth and I dont want my baby to be leaving in this terribles conditions if they dont fix anything I will call the news I'm sick and tired of the same thing everytime.

ANGRY PEOPLE: THESE ARE THE MOST DREADFUL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. THEY ACT LIKE THEY REALLY HATE THIER JOBS, I AGREE, CORY BOOKER CLEANED CITY HALL UP, NOW HE NEEDS TO DO THE SAME THING WITH THE NHA.THEY ARE RUDE, INCOMPETENT, AND JUST PLAIN ANGRY ALL OF THE TIME.WHENEVER THEY GIVE YOU AN APPOINTMENT , EXPECT TO SPEND YOUR ENTIRE DAY THERE, THEY GIVE YOU AN APPOINTMENT BUT AFTER SITTING THERE FOR 3-5 HOURS YOU ARE INFORMED THAT THE PERSON DIDNT COME TO WORK. AND EVEN IF THEY DO COME AND TELL YOU TO BE THERE AT A CERTAIN TIME THEY STILL HAVE YOU SITTING THERE ALL DAY. I THINK THEY ARE VERY INCONSIDERATE.AND THEY NEVER EVER SMILE.
