Jiffy Lube Belleville: Oil Change Services

Never go back!: I had a horrible experience, the staff was very careless and disrespectfull, they almost crashed my car by driving it in reverse, speening the tires like if it was on a race, when I questioned it, the assistant manager he gave me the excuse that the driver did not know how to drive stick, however the entire crew were laughing so much that i really think the driver did it trying to "funny". When I called the manager the next day, he offerd to give me the next oil change for $19.90.... next oil change, when i told him i would never go back to them he asked me "then why are you calling me for?"... i guess he really does not care to know how badly his employees treat their customers and the potential of crashing cars or even injuring any pedestrians, now is a couple weeks after the incident and my "change oil soon" light on my car is on, i do NOT believe they in fact changed the oil. Really bad experience now i have to find another establishment to have the service done again.
