User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBEST Quality Appliances and Staff: Don't judge the place by the ouside. It's wonderful customer service speaks volumes for this store. They helped me find the EXACT washer, dryer and stove that I was ready to buy @ Sears and SAVED ME $800.00!! Just bring in a model # and they'll find it for you cheaper---AND this isn't one of those fly by nite stores--this place has been around for years---HIDDEN SECRET OF THE APPLIANCE BUSINESS is here!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsDon't judge a book by it's cover!: Look online and shop around then once you know generally what model you want; You can spend weeks running around to all the big chain appliance stores trying to get the lowest price from sleazy salesmen who would cheat their mother OR you can go directly to Jacobsons where they don't have much of a showroom but they do have extremely helpful sales people who really know the business and will truly help you select what you need and then give you the lowest price! AND it's in an enterprise zone which means they only have to collect 3.5% sales tax.

I agree with the above comments. You feel like you are looking at appliances in a tight oversized garage but the staff is helpful, they have plenty of appliances to see, and the price is right
