This place is a hidden treasure!: Everything for my sister's wedding on Sept. 2, 2006 was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere turned it into a fairy tale.

My sister and I met with Steven a few times before the wedding and he was great. I would work with him anytime. He did not pressure my sister into making unwanted decisions. He was very flexible with helping us create her fantasy wedding and even offered suggestions to make the day flow. On the day of the wedding, Steven said that he would decorate the place more, but he went above and beyond. It was more than what we imagined. The guests were amazed just with the amount of food during cocktail hour--both with the butler service and the buffet table, plus Steven waited until the bride & groom arrived to officially open the buffet to the guests. Then when everyone entered the grand ballroom it totally blew them away. I do not think it would have been the same at any other location. Thanks to Steven and his staff, my sister had a wedding designed for the rich and famous.

Overall, there was plenty of food, the service was very professional and the decor outstanding. I would highly recommend this location.

Absolutely Heavenly!: Hello Winfield Scott Ballrooms,
This is Tim and Francis G.
We were married in your Grand Ballroom in November 2005.

Francis and myself, along with all of our guests were just amazed at the beauty of the ballrooms.
Your Director Steven Minichiello is a true professional and he did an incredible job in preparing and decorating your entire facility for our wedding.
Steven was very flexible with our schedule and did not put any pressure on us whatsoever.
He worked with our photographer, DJ, florist and visiting pastor to make sure everything executed perfectly.
The wait staff was top notch and the food was fantastic!!
We really were treated like a King and Queen and with the splendor of our surroundings we felt as if we were having our wedding in some exquisite royal palace in Europe! It was absolutely heavenly!!
Everything happened better than we had ever dreamed! It was truely an experience that we'll remember for the rest of our lives.

And from my perspective, one of the best aspects of the wedding that truely is amazing was the affordable cost!
I couldn't believe it. I had done a lot of homework on facilities, services offered and overall costs.
For all of the options that we chose we would have easily paid more ANYWHERE else in New Jersey.
We spent little on a wedding that really looked Expensive! I love it!
It's impossible to find a better deal for a wedding in NJ or NY. You would have to sacrifice too many details.
And it is in the details that Steve really excels in making the wedding a rememberable experience.
Oh, and with the money that we saved, we were able to take a longer, more lavish honeymoon!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !: MY BROTHERS WEDDING WAS ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE - THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE WINFIELD SCOTT BALLROOM - WEDDING RECEPTION - SATURDAY NIGHT NOV 19

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE - CAKE WAS BEING CUT BEFORE DINNER ENTREES WERE SERVED - DINNERS SERVED AFTER 10 - NO BREAD OR WATER ON TABLES - MANY TOOK HOME DINNERS OR JUST DIDN'T BOTHER TO EAT - WRONG ENTREES SERVED - HORRIBLE SERVICE - HAD TO LITERALLY BEG FOR COFFEE AND CAKE - SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HOST WEDDINGS- AVOID THIS VENUE
