Metro Honda has the worst customer service of any dealership I've been to. After 3 hours of haggling on a price it took them another 2 hours to hand-write a contract with the correct figures. I had to return with paperwork for my trade-in, and it took another 90 minutes for someone to simply copy the 5 pages that I brought.

When I picked up my car, they affixed a dealer decal on the rear bumper without informing me and were refusing to remove it. I refused to take the car. They begrudgingly removed it from the car. As I drove away, the tire air pressure monitor lit up. At a gas station down the street, I had to fill all 4 tires with air. They were nearly flat.

When my plates arrived, and despite having negotiated an out-the-door price, they wanted another $200 for the registration.

Don't buy from Metro Honda, and after 700 miles in my new Accord EX, I think I would have preferred a Toyota Camry because it's quieter and smoother.

I went in just looking for a car. I told the salesman I DID NOT WANT TO BUY. Instead of pushing me into a car the way they did at another unnamed dealership, he offered to show me around. He asked me a couple questions and then directed me to one of their used cars. I will be returning this weekend to purchase the car. I woiuld recommend anyone I know to go here.

this dealership wasnt any better than the rest. they try to beat you in the head and talk you into a car you're not even interested in. be firm dont let them push you around.
