User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe are please of the progress of my 5 years old son, since he is being attending the Family Fitness Karate school program, he is more calm, and focusing more in school. His everyday teacher said that is more calm. He really love it, and we are so happy of his changes. Thank you for helping our son.

I was thankful i found the right karate school for my 4 yrs. old son. He likes it very much. This activity help me a lot in terms of focusing my son how to pay attention in his daily activity. Also, is a good way of excercise for him. Me myself hopefully i could join in the coming year.
The whole staff are excellent and if you are looking for something to do for your children family fitness is the right one for you. Thank you so much, keep up the good work. God Bless You All. -

My son is 4yrs old and expressed interest in Karate. I spoke with family member who recommend I check out Family Fintess Mixed Martial Arts Facility. I took her advice and walked into the facility and right away was greeted by staff. What wonderful start to a new journey for my little boy. From the first moment I walked in until I left I new my son would like karate and gain a lot from this experience. In my son's own words "Karate is my Favorite and I have a lot of new friends". I would refer family and or friends to this center. Trust me from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed.
