Listen I'm so sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I did get your messages on voice mail.
The great news? I bought a Nissan Cube yesterday from the dealership in Jersey City on 440!
It was a very spontaneous visit that was meant just to test drive the cube......I loved it so much, i bought it!!!
You guys are amazing. Manny was our salesman and he was nothing but top notch in my book.
I'll be referring many in the near future because of the professionalism and follow up of your team.

I had three complaints about Hudson Nissan.
1). I broke down on side of the road and called the dealer for help. Despite having Gold Preferred Emergency Roadside assistance. The local dealer was NOT helpful at all. They provided me a phone number, which was NOT the correct number for Nissan Emergency Roadside Assistance. I was stranded for close to 3 hours before having my car towed to the dealership.
2). It took the dealer one whole week to repair my car. First, the transfer case was NOT on hand. Once the transfer case arrived, they did not have the right seal (gasket). The seal was not delivered until the day the mechanic had a day off. Apparently, they have only ONE mechanic in the whole dealership that can work on my car. So what should have been one or two days maximum at the dealership turned into 7 full days that my car was at the dealer.
3). After picking up my leased car from service, I walked into the sales showroom to inquire about getting out of my lease early (6 months left) and into another Muruano or other Nissan. I stood around the front of the sales room floor for 15 minutes without even so much as a greeting or acknowledgement. Despite having plenty of salespeople around, apparently busy making personal phone calls or chit-chatting with each other.
This is a very unprofessional dealership with lousy service and a sales force that doesn't care.
Poor Quality of Professional Integrity & Honesty..: Recently, My car was in the shop for the service and I was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable for following reason.
1. Not being so accurate of diagnosis of problem.
2. Service manager(his initial is D. T.) had poor professional quality and appeared as not-trustworthy. (I test drove with mechanic to show the problem, the mechanic pointed out what the problem was, later on the service manager would defied whatever was said by the mechanic, and kept delaying the repair)
3. Service manager would give me best & worst date of scenario for completion of repair, but the deadline is not even closely met and no follow up.
* I believe, they are trying to run up the bill cost, since it's paid by my waranty company anyway. I've never witnessed service like this in other Nissan service location I've used.
