Before I say anything let me start by saying that this salon offers incentives for people to write good reviews, print it, bring it in and "recieve a free gift", so think about that while reading these "great reviews". Anyways, II had gone to Ciro's for awhile, but will never go back!! I had been going to Gabriella for simple highlites that soon took over my whole head. I asked her to dye it blonde, since it pretty much was, which i guess translated to orange because thats the color i got! I called and asked her to fix it, a few days later when i could finally come in I was told that my hair reacts badly with dye. OK should have told me that BEFORE you turned it orange! Apparently the damage couldn't be fixed with dye only highlites, since this was something new I'd have to pay for it!! She finally convinced me that shed only charge me for a few highlites... which meant 90 more dollars on top of the 120 i already paid, and my hair still looks HORRIBLE! This place doesn't care about there customers. I should have never been allowed to walk out of there with orange hair to begin with! DO NO GO HERE! If you do, DO NOT GO TO GABRIELLA!
