User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe food at this resturant is phenominal, the staff is courteous, and the bartender knowledgable and delightfully funny. My party and I had everything we could do to pull ourselves away from the conversation at the lounge to dine, However, we were glad we had once our food arrived. From the Caprice salad, the mussles, and the "healthy" portions of Gnocci" to the tirramasu and creme brulee. This was truly an evening to top. The wine assortments are plentiful, and don't leave without trying Carl's Cosmopolitan. "Look out Carrie Bradshaw!!!"

I just moved to the area from California. I went to Savini's on Saturday evening. The food was very good, and I was pleased with our waiter Tony. He went above and beyond our expectations. I am really looking forward to our next visit. I truly recommend it.

Lovely restaurant, food delicious, except for the instant mashed potatoes. If real mashed potatoes are not available, don't serve any at all. Instant mashed potatoes anywhere, let alone at a fine dining establishment such as this, are unacceptable. Also, our waiter (Tony) was less than satisfied w his tip, so he chased us and confronted us as we were leaving, in front of other diners. We left what we thought was adequate for his "overly talkative" and somewhat annoying service. "Schmoozing" the diners with idle small talk and false compliments does not make for a large tip, which is apparently what Tony thought. When we asked for our check without getting coffee desert, Tony was visibly "miffed" and asked why. My husband and I are not big coffee drinkers and were way too full desert. If they want a mandatory tip percentage, it should be clearly printed on the menu, if not, you get what you get. Other than our experience with Tony, I highly recommend Savini's of Allendale.

Waiter depend on tips for a living. Stop being so cheap. If you can afford to go out to eat, you should be able to leave a tip as well.

"Waiter depend on tips for a living." Customers work hard for their money and have to follow certain rules at work. Waiters also have rules to follow, if you want the customer to part with his hard earned money. Rule #1. Make the customer happy. Rule #2. When in doubt, refer to rule #1.

It's hard to believe that a waiter would confront a customer...Tips are earned by excellent customer service...He should be fired! Thanks for the review. I will dine elsewhere.
