User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe food selection isn't bad, however, the manner, which the food is prepared, is grotesque. If you decide to order one of the house salads, expect it to be prepared by servers that are digging their hands into buckets of lettuce. Furthermore, those delicious croutons, and the croutons used in the French onion soup, are made from bread that was left in baskets on pervious customer tables. But the salads aren't the only things man handled at this establishment. The pickles are tossed onto plates by servers' bare hands, and very few of the cooks ever wear gloves or hairnets.
As for the brunch, those perfectly prepared baskets containing all the condiments you could possibly need (butter, jelly, syrup) are left over from previous weeks and put through the wash to make them somewhat presentable.
If you do decide to take your chances, I would not recommend dining at the Mason Jar on an evening that has in climate weather because the moldy ceilings quite often leak.

I wanted BBQ, and was told of Mason. I read the early reviews and still went to decide for myself.
Food-tasteless, odorless, and just unappealing (I had BBQ)
Service- none, and the place was empty
A waste of money and my time. I left angry.
