The staff in the Electronics Department are Fantastic especially the phone sale staff!
I do notice that there are fewer employees running departments so there is a wait for help if you need it but you will find that in any busy store.
The Greeters are Sweet, the Checkers are efficient - Prices are fantastic.

I was in the franklin wal mart yesterday and was absolutely disgusted by the disarray of the store. I know for a fact that employees hours are being cut and when an employee leaves they are not being replaced. I walked out of the store without the item I came for because it could not be found. The women's clothing department was an absolute mess. It will be a long time before I return if ever.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starssmall, dirty, bad service, horrible Mgt. nasty workers, rude loud obnoxious, I have also observed that they will handle prescriptions that are being filled with their bare hands..ewww. you may end up sicker
