Used car department at Prestige BMW is terrible. They are selling cars with bad re-paint job and cars with previous accidents history as CPO vheicles. They hide accident reports from CarFax report. This dealership may give better price but be careful !! Used car sales people are very dishonest speciallly the manager. Please stay away from this dealership when you are buying CPO vehicle. BMW of NA LLC would not do anything regarding Prestige BMW's dishonest sales practice.

So my car is 2 years old when the condenser goes on the ac. Not a big deal I just get a new one under warranty right? Two months later when summer is almost over the part comes in...Imagine no AC the entire summer. This is the kind of company you are going to buy a car from?

I was very happy with the service and treatment I've received from this dealership. I'm actually from Poughkeepsie, NY but when I shopped around I got a better price and better treatment as a customer from this dealership. Also, I've had the vehicle for almost 4 years now and plan to renew my warranty with this dealer. I've found them to be worth the travel.
