User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have been going to this IHOP for a number of years, prefering to another one which is actually closer to home. I made my last visit there with my family two weeks ago. One of my kids ordered a chocolate pancake, and it was mistakenly delivered to the table next to ours. Although the family knew it wasn't their order, they allowed their kid to try it. The waitress, realizing her mistake, went to the table and I heard the father say, "We didn't order this. He tried it anyway, but didn't like it". The waitress took the plate back to the kitchen. I realized what was going on, but felt that it would be just a case of them making another one. Our order was then delivered, and my wife thought it odd that there was rather a lot of whipped cream on the chocolate pancake order. We checked under the cream, and sure enough, a piece of the pancake was missing, and was clearly a sneaky cover-up by the waitress or cook. I was outraged, and told the waitress what I had witnessed, and what had clearly been done. We got a fresh order made and I eventually left without leaving a tip. I probably should have made a bigger stink and got the manager. Disgusting.

FOLLOW-UP. I received an email from IHOP's corporate office. Standard boilerplate stuff. I was told that I would be receiving contact from the manager at the IHOP I visited. I never did. This was months ago.
