the service dept never calls you back, frank h over charges and the manager never returns calls, lies and trys to hide from facing problems, can never get in touch with any advisors , they never call back with status calls and the billing is never what's quoted. the level of service has suffered since brad morter has become manager
Great Sales and Service Experience: The sales process was professional and unpressured. They had a very large selection to show us. Their service department has always been prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend this dealer.
Great Service!!!: I have had countless experiences of good service at Route 23 Honda. Weither it is bringing in my Pilot for service, or get parts... they are always there with smiles. After our ninth purchase at the dealership, we will never go anywhere else!
