I don't now about anyone but Kim. Every time I go see her I love my hair. She is great at cutting the length you want her to and making your hair look current but not trashy like some trendy cuts do. She is great!

I'm rating this place as average to leave some rooms for future experience. No complaints about the aethetician but the other staff members, especially the receptionists.
I had a deluxe european facial with Lia, which includes arm and feet massage. FYI, I have a hormonal acne skin. Unlike other facial places that I've been to, Lia was very attentive and she dedicated the whole alloted time to MY facial. She was also full of recomendation/ideas to improve my skin and she's an expert with Decleor products. The facial uses Decleor products; it includes cleansing, facial steaming, blackhead removal, zits zapper (tingles on the skin but doesn't leave it redenned), facial+arm+feet+upper back mini massage. However, the facial mask which costs additional $25 or more depending on your skin is not included. At the moment, I can't say if the facial helps yet... It remains to be seen. Decleor line is normally very good...
The spa itself is located on the lower half of this establishment. It's very tranquil and luxurious. The minute you walked in, you're whisked to the changing room and given a luxurious robe and comfy slippers. Everything seems to be clean and relaxing. The quiteness and dimmed lights heightened your sense of relaxation. The only downside to my experience is that I can't help but feel that the receptionists (both blondie and brunette) were a bit cold to me. All other guests were offered complimentary coffee/tea, cookies, cakes, etc but they completely ignored me (had to beg for a cup of water), especially after I renderred my credit card for payment. Then I became completely invisible to them. Thankfully I didn't have to wait for my husband too long.... I will come back for the facials with Lia to see if the process helps my skin. By that time I will update my review again. I would recommend this salon for the facial and massage... It may be too expensive for mani-pedi.

I was a long-time client, but after my regular stylist left I never received the level of service that I had previously enjoyed. While the staff is friendly enough, I no longer felt like a valued client - almost as though the staff had lost interest in me as a client. I stayed for about a year, but I no longer impressed by the customer service or the quality of the service provided. Sadly, I have moved on.
