Yes they are usually busy & can be abrupt,
But the quality of the food is excellent.

as a rocklander I am partial to Nanuet Hotel Pizza. Our son introduced us to Brooklyn Pizza and we now make a special trip down. I must admit that the manager is a little surly however the wait staff was courteous and accomodating--still have to have my Nanuet pizza too.

AWFUL service, especially the manager. Food is nothing special, overpriced, and I will not pay someone to be rude me.
