The service department at this dealership does not treat their women clients with the same courtesy and respect that they do the men. The have returned my vehicle to me incomplete so many times that I feel like the dealership is my second home because of the number of times I have had to go back. Also, they have refused to allow me to complete the satisfaction surveys that I have a right to fill out. They are well aware of their unacceptable behavior and the managers do not do anything about it because they are just as bad. Try Prestige, they are much better!
