User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSomething Special is great & Lynda is the best. I can honestly say that I had the best dress experience here. It's the only place where I actually had fun! Lynda was so nice, showing me the best dresses and letting me try on as many as I liked. She helped me match veils to each dress and was so open to everything. She wasn't even the least bit pushy. Everyone should definitely check out Something Special!

I love this bridal shop. I was unsure of what I wanted when I walked in and Lynda was able to help me decide. I've been back a handful of times each time trying on new dresses. They've been absolutely wonderful to deal with and trying to help me find the perfect dress. I look forward to working with them once I decide upon the dress. I don't understand the bad reviews they are receiving because I have not once received horrible service while I was there. Always helpful, never pushy - just a pleasure to work with.

this is one of the most unorganized bridal shop i have ever been too. the employees are rude and they are unreasonable. the prices of certain things like, alterations, are outrageous! my best friend who is the bride called for my dress to be finished and they did someone else's. DONT EVER GO HERE!

I totally agree. they are rude and arogant. They left my daughter in a fitting room undressed and practally threw the dresses into the room. No help at all and we had an appointment. I would never set foot into this establishement that acts like they are in the air.
