User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsA Real Challenging Meal -- While the food and drinks are consistently very good it is grossly offset by quality of service received by SOME customers. If you are not recognized as a 'regular customer' you may experience considerable delays on all levels (i.e., placing drinks and/or appetizer orders, waiting for the drinks and/or appetizer to arrive at your table, etc.).
On numerous occasions, my guests and I have been seated before other guests and noted that the âregularsâ get served first, while we experienced an considerable extended waited for our initial food order to be taken.
While the crowd is very lively and the music can be simply wonderful, if possible, please avoid Gabby (Haciendaâs only noted female waitress & hostess) whereas she conducts business at the restaurant as if it was the Lottery where only HER 'regular customers' always have the winning ticket!
Possibly, Hacienda Restaurant is simply more popular than its ability to serve the volume of customers which it potentially receives Thursday through Sunday evenings during which time their parking lot (and the adjacent parking area) will be filled beyond the parking facilityâs capacity (worse than Garden State Mallâs parking lot during the Winter Holiday Season) leaving many customers with no alternative but to go elsewhere.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe best mango margaritas ever!..i go there every monday for monday margaritas with my family. Food is great..try the chicken and beef fajitas..you will not be disappointed! Place is small and get very crowded on the weekends so go early to get a table!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsSimply THE BEST! Great authentic mexican cuisine in a restaurant serviced, owned and ran by 100% mexicans. Everything on the menu is good, the meat is always cooked to perfection the way you ordered it and the service is always great. From the chips to the margaritas to the quesdillas to the crazy sundae for dessert your meal will never let you down. Come Hungry!
